Unfortunately at this moment Delune can only ship to actual physical locations. 

We’re really sorry about that! In a few cases, Royal Mail takes 1-2 business days to register your shipment status. If your tracking number isn’t updating or working at all, please reach out to us as soon as you can via [email protected] and we’ll get back to you. 

If your order is shipping to an incorrect address, please email us at [email protected] ASAP! 

Unfortunately, no. The country in the billing address must be the same as the delivery address in order for us to complete the order.

Any customs or import duties are charged once the parcel reaches its final destination country. These charges must be paid by the recipient, as Delune does not take responsibility for these costs and we do not offer compensation to cover any of these charges.

Unfortunately, we have no control over these charges, and are not able to tell you what the costs may be, as customs policies and import duties differ from country to country. If in doubt please check with your local authority or Government website. 

Unfortunately, your purchase of Delune products is only for your personal use. By purchasing Delune products, you agree not to resell or distribute such products for any commercial purposes. We may reject or cancel an order if we have reason to believe that your order is not for your personal use. 

We monitor 3rd party marketplaces such as Amazon and eBay and will block violators from purchasing on Delune.

During the lead up to holidays the number of orders we receive increases significantly, as does the volume of parcel traffic in the mail network, and this may cause delays. During these periods mail networks sometimes get a little behind with deliveries.

This should be taken into consideration - particularly for overseas customers placing orders before a Public Holiday, and especially within 2 weeks of the Christmas Holidays.

Klarna is an easy payment service that allows customers to make purchases instantly and then pay for them in 3 equal payments once every 30 days starting from the date of purchase.

Your credit score will be affected if you don't pay Klarna for your order. *30 days payment is UK only, 14 days all other countries.

2. Select Pay Later with Klarna as your payment method - no need to create a Klarna account.

3. Place your order and you’re done. Once despatched you’ll have 30 days to pay Klarna.

Klarna can only be used on purchases made on Delune.

All you need to order with Klarna is a UK bank account, a UK residential address and that you're 18 or over. If you're struggling to use Klarna it could be because; you may have an outstanding payment from another order, you have filled out the form incorrectly or they have rejected your application. If they reject your application we would recommend choosing another payment type.

Klarna will automatically attempt to collect your payment for your Pay later in 3 purchase from the debit or credit card you entered at checkout. If we are unable to collect your payment on the scheduled due date Klarna will make one further attempt to automatically collect payment two days later. Should this last payment attempt fail, Klarna will issue you a statement for the full outstanding order amount which will become payable 15 days later. Klarna shall notify you when a payment is due two days in advance of attempting to collect your payment.

Klarna will not affect your credit score as there is no credit check needed.

Clearpay is a payment service allowing us to offer UK customers the ability to make purchases instantly and then pay for them in four equal payments made every 2 weeks without any interest.

Clearpay is available for all products on the Delune.co.uk online shop, with the exception of online shop Digital Gift Cards.

When placing an order for selected products, you will have an option to select Clearpay as your payment method. You'll then be required to pay for the order in four instalments, due every two weeks. Even better, it's completely interest-free when you pay on time!

Clearpay will split the total value of your order into 4 instalments payable every fortnight.

The exact amounts and dates will be displayed for you to agree to before you confirm your purchase.

If you would like to make additional unscheduled payments before they are due, you may log into your Clearpay account to make your payments early. Clearpay will then adjust the amount owed accordingly.

You can log in to your Clearpay account anytime to view your payment schedule or make a payment before the next due date.

Clearpay is only available to permanent UK residents aged 18+ (excluding Channel Islands) with a UK billing address.

Customers with international billing addresses will not be able to use Clearpay or create a Clearpay account.

Clearpay orders are delivered within the same dispatch timeframe as with any other payment method used for available products.

Yes, you may also use a gift card or promotional code with Clearpay to pay for your purchase.

As soon as you miss a payment, Clearpay will immediately stop you from making any further purchases with Clearpay.

Clearpay will give you until 11pm on the following day to make your repayment and then you will incur a late fee if you are still not able to make the payment by then. This will be an initial £6 and a further fee of £6 if the missed payment is not made within 7 days. If your order is less than £24, the total late fee will be £6. If your order is £24 or over, total late fees will not exceed 25% of the total order or £36, whichever is less.

Clearpay debt may be passed to a debt collection agency and this may affect your ability to use Clearpay in future. We encourage you to use Clearpay responsibly. Please see Clearpay Terms of Service here for further details.

Items purchased with Clearpay follow our standard return process.

Please note, refunds for Clearpay purchases will be refunded from Delune to Clearpay. Clearpay cannot provide an exchange or cash refund.

When the refund is processed, any upcoming payments you have to Clearpay will be cancelled and any payments you have already made will be refunded back to the card you paid with. Please note that until the merchant has confirmed receipt of any return goods, you will be liable to continue to make your payments to Clearpay.

Yes, your order value including shipping must be between £1 and £1,000 to use Clearpay. Your maximum order value may be lower depending on factors such as being a new customer or your payment history.

The best thing to do before using essential oils is chat with your doctor. In a diffuser, we recommend using small amounts of essential oils when pregnant (about 5 drops); and when it comes to newborns, we recommend waiting 3 months before using essential oils. But your doctor will know best, as we all react differently.

Our pets are as unique as us. The first thing we suggest doing is checking with your vet - your animal may be more sensitive than others, so your vet will know best.

We have found that most essential oils are okay to use around animals. Products such as Eucalyptus, Lemon, Grapefruit, Sweet Orange and Bergamot should be used sparingly, as they are quite strong. If you would still like to diffuse one of these scents, we suggest limiting the amount to approximately 1 to 5 drops.

Frankincense and Lavender are great choices to diffuse. We also suggest turning your diffuser off when your animals are home alone, just in case they do become agitated by the scent. We do not recommend allowing your pets to ingest essential oils.
