6. SI19 (Tinggong) – Front of the Ear

  • Purpose: Eases jaw tension, earaches, and tinnitus.
  • How to Use: Locate this point directly in front of the ear canal, just above the jawline. Use the pen to gently press and release this point for 10-20 seconds on each side.

  • Purpose: Relieves stress, anxiety, and helps with sleep.
  • How to Use: Find the point on the top of the foot, between the first and second toes, about two finger-widths back from the webbing. Apply firm pressure with the pen for 20-30 seconds.

Tips for Best Results:

  • Breathe deeply while applying pressure to enhance relaxation.
  • Do not over-apply pressure—gentle stimulation is typically more effective for acupuncture.
  • Consistency is key—repeat these steps daily or as needed for long-term benefits.
