Returns Policy
We hope you adore every Delune product, but if something doesn’t feel right, our return and exchange policy makes the process simple and transparent.
Returns
We accept returns for both defective and non-defective products within 30 days of delivery.
To be eligible for a return:
- The product must be unused, unopened, and in its original packaging.
- Returns must be initiated within 30 days of receiving your order.
- Proof of purchase (order confirmation or receipt) is required.
How to Return
All returns are processed by mail only.
We’ll provide a downloadable return label at no cost once your return request is approved.
To start your return, email cs@delune.co.uk with your order number and reason for return.
Our team will reply with step-by-step instructions and your prepaid shipping label.
Restocking Fee
Please note that a restocking fee of 50% of the product price applies to all returns (excluding defective or incorrect items).
This covers the cost of product handling, inspection, and repackaging to maintain quality assurance standards.
Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, we’ll notify you via email.
Approved refunds (minus any applicable restocking fee) will be issued to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.
Shipping costs are non-refundable unless the return is due to a defective or incorrect item.
Klarna & Clearpay Orders: For orders paid via Klarna or Clearpay, your refund will be processed directly through their respective systems. Once we issue the refund, Klarna or Clearpay will update your payment schedule accordingly. Please allow up to 10 business days for the update to reflect on your account. For specific questions about your payment plan, please contact Klarna or Clearpay directly.
Exchanges
We gladly offer exchanges within 30 days of delivery for the same product or another item of equal value.
If you received a damaged or incorrect product, we’ll cover all costs associated with the exchange.
To request an exchange, contact cs@delune.co.uk with your order number and details of the issue.
Damaged or Defective Products
If your item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please notify us within 7 days of delivery.
We’ll arrange a replacement or full refund (no restocking fee will apply).
