We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase from Delune. If you're not, our 30-day return policy allows you to request a return within 30 days of receiving your item.
Eligibility for Returns
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in its original condition: unused, unworn, with all tags attached, and in its original packaging. A receipt or proof of purchase is required.
How to Start a Return
To begin a return, please email us at orders@delune.co.uk. We will provide you with a return shipping address and detailed instructions.
Important: Please do not send any items back to us before contacting us and receiving approval. Unauthorised returns will not be accepted.
Once your return request is approved, we will provide a prepaid return label at no cost to you, along with comprehensive return instructions.

Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items
Please inspect your order immediately upon delivery. If you receive an item that is damaged, defective, or incorrect, contact us right away at orders@delune.co.uk. We'll promptly evaluate the issue and work to make it right for you.
Items Not Eligible for Return
Certain types of items cannot be returned. These include:
- Perishable goods (e.g., food, flowers, plants)
- Custom or personalised products
- Personal care items, including opened beauty or hygiene products
- Hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases
- Final sale items and gift cards
If you're unsure whether your item qualifies for a return, please contact us before initiating the return process.
Exchanges
For the fastest way to get the item you want, we recommend placing a new order for the desired item and returning the original item separately for a refund.
Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed and applied to your original payment method within 10 business days.
Please keep in mind that your bank or card issuer may take additional time to process and post the refund to your account.
If more than 15 business days have passed since your refund was approved and you have not yet received it, please contact us at orders@delune.co.uk.
Klarna & Clearpay Orders: For orders paid via Klarna or Clearpay, your refund will be processed directly through their respective systems. Once we issue the refund, Klarna or Clearpay will update your payment schedule accordingly. Please allow up to 10 business days for the update to reflect on your account. For specific questions about your payment plan, please contact Klarna or Clearpay directly.
Shipping Policy Notice
Please note that we currently only ship to addresses within the United Kingdom. Orders placed with international or EU addresses will not be accepted or fulfilled.
