We want you to love your Delune purchase. If you’re not completely satisfied, we're happy to help.

Our Policy

You have 30 days from the date you received your order to initiate a return for a refund.

To be eligible for a refund, the returned items must be:

  • Unopened and unused (For hygiene reasons, essential oils and personal care products must be sealed and unused.)
  • In the original packaging with all components included.
  • Accompanied by proof of purchase (order number).

How to Start a Return

  1. Email Us: Contact our Support Team at support@delune.us with your order number and the reason for the return.
  2. Return Label: Once your return is approved, we will email you a pre-paid shipping label and detailed instructions on how to send your items back.
  3. Ship: Package your items securely and drop them off at the designated location.

(Please Note: Do not send items back before receiving your pre-paid label and approval, as unauthorized returns may not be processed.)

Damaged or Incorrect Items

Please inspect your order as soon as it arrives. If any items are damaged, defective, or if you received the wrong product, please contact us immediately at support@delune.us so we can quickly resolve the issue and send you a replacement.

Refund Processing

Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you regarding the approval of your refund.

  • If approved, your refund will be processed and credited back to your original payment method.
  • Please allow 5–10 business days for the refund to reflect on your bank or credit card statement. Processing times can vary by financial institution.

Exchanges

For the fastest service, we recommend placing a new order for the product you would like and returning the original item for a refund.
